We started with these first-rate, open source software packages: • Ruby on Rails • PostgreSQL • PostGIS • MapServer/PHP Mapscript It’s running on a pair of Relion 101s from Penguin Computing. For geocoding, we use the Yahoo! Maps Geocoding API.
