&quotSP3352 can be reset either by just pressing the reset button or through the console port, however, SP3350A can be reset only through the console port. The reset procedures through the console port are the following: 1. Use Hyper Terminal and follow the procedures (Reset2Default.doc) to reset the device to default value. 2. Download the Code (Alcatel_config.cfg) and run the procedures once on SP3350A/SP3352. This code is available for Annex A, Annex B and U-R2.&quot 3.
