How to report a stolen box ?
To prevent unauthorized usage of your box you can suspend your line online. You can report a lost or stolen box within My Account, where you will select the Report lost/ Stolen box link and the review the list of lines on your account. If a line has not already been suspended, you will see an active link in the status column. You should then click the suspend link that corresponds to your lost or stolen box. Then just confirm your transaction.
