I like to make sausage casserole with egg noodles. I boil the egg noodles until they’re tender. Then I put it in a baking dish with cut up fresh sausage. I add a lot of shredded cheeses and mix it all together. Then I bake it for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serve with hot fresh bread.
