I don’t eat bread much. So, I had the same problem. When I keep my bread in the dark it didn’t mold as quickly. Another solution is when you buy the bread look at the bread tie, the bread ties are color coded, buy the freshes bread for that day of the week by the color of the bread tie.

we keep ours in a breadbox that is plastic you just drop in a loaf from the top pull bag down over edge then put lid on it as you get bread out just pull bag down more and bread is all ways at top also you can put it in the frig
