How to join CJK NACO as an institution?
It is encouraged to join CJK NACO as an institution if there is more than one individual contributing CJK headings. When the Project coordinator notifies the Coop Team that a new library/unit is being added to the funnel project, LC notifies the utility of their eligibility. Each library must request NACO authorization(s) from OCLC. No later than a month before training, the NACO CONTACT submits a request form directly to OCLC for a NACO authorization. The NACO COORDINATOR will have notified the utility that you will be doing so. Use the online OCLC Access & Authorization form. For instructions on completing this form, refer to Luanne Goodson’s letter. Once the online form has been submitted, OCLC will respond within 10 business days.
