Next you will remove the head and the tail maily to protect the meat and make sure the hair does not touch the meat. It makes it tough. Finally you will remove the hide you will make a skin deep cut across the bak and work your fingers up and then the hid will come off. Last you will cut out whatever meat it is you would like to keep.
