How to apply for duplicate pan card?
We will ensure you get a duplicate card having same old pan number. For this, you have to send us any or all of the following xerox documents:- • Properly Filled up duplicate form (compulsory) • The xerox of that lost card (if you have) • Pan allotment letter (if you have) • Last Acknowledgement filed stating old pan number (if you have) • Any communication with department you had stating that old pan number.
