For JAVA-based runners it is possible to specify Java Virtual Machine parameters, such as maximum heap size or parameters enabling remote debugging. These settings will be passed by the JVM used to run your build. This can be done using TeamCity Web UI. Go to the Administration tab, and edit necessary build configuration. On the Build configuration page, edit the JVM parameters field (it is available only if some Java-based runner is selected).
