How should I draft my fantasy baseball team?
Take a look at the scoring rules to the league you are in. Also, if it is available check out data from last year in your league. Also check to see if you have to fill a roster with each position as that will change how you want to draft. The league that I am in scores more points for hitters (head to head only) so I draft heavy for hitters, try to grab one ace and supplement pitchers later in the draft. Because you have a 50% rotisserie league, pitching may be balanced with hitting in your league. With the 5th pick in your draft, you get the last of the big five and that works fine. If Santana or Lincecum comes back to you in round 2 you may want to grab that ace. Good luck during your draft.
