How often should I use mouth wash, floss, and brush my teeth?

You should brush twice a day (in the morning and before bed), and floss after brushing to get rid of food debris between each tooth that the brush cant reach. This is important as this debris, if left, can lead to bad breath. After brushing, it is best not to rinse your mouth out with water (and not drink or smoke for about 20mins), so giving the fluoride in the toothpaste a chance to help strengthen your teeth. Mouth wash is actually most effective when used around the middle of the day, say after lunch. This is so the fluoride in it has a chance to intergrate into your tooth structure. Try to choose a mouthwash with no alcohol as alcohol dries out your mouth and provides a more favourable environment for the bacteria that rot the teeth to grow.
