How much will it cost each resident to hook up?
• There will be three main costs to connect to the sanitary sewer system, 1) the cost of the east side Sioux Falls Sanitary Sewer cost recovery, 2) the cost of lateral sewers, 3) the cost to connect from the lateral sewers to the house. The cost recovery amount for the east side sanitary sewer system will be approximately $4,640/acre. The cost for existing rural residential lots will be different and will be approximately $1,620/lot.
