Each homeowner resident or nonresident is assessed a monthly fee to cover all expenses for maintenance of the common areas. Currently the fee is $192.00 per unit per month. This fee covers regular overhead, maintenance, repairs, trash removal, snow removal, water, operation of the clubhouse and pool, and a host of other expenses.
