How much does Warm Wire cost per square foot?
We can easily quote each job individually from our price list. We can’t quote a blanket per square foot price because the individual components needed for each job vary. Each job will need: • Wire in the appropriate coverage, about 10% less than the area of the space to be covered. • A programmable or nonprogrammable thermostat • Straps to fasten the wire to the floor. One box of strapping does about 50 square feet of wire. • A Loudmouth monitor to detect breaks in the wire during installation. The wire is tough to damage but if it’s installed broken, the entire job may have to be torn out to fix it. The Loudmouth can be returned within 7 days for a $22 credit.
