How much does a consultation cost?
Drs. Cooper and Chockley offer a free consultation for children and teens, which includes the use of diagnostic records (dental molds, head and jaw x-rays, and photographs) to determine your treatment needs. With this information, they can formulate an exact treatment plan and give you an exact fee. For adult patients, the consultation fee is $100, which is applied towards the cost of any future treatment.
Our office does not charge for the initial examination for children and adolescents. There is a charge for diagnostic records (dental molds, head and jaw x-rays and photographs) if they are necessary to determine your treatment needs. Dr. Jensen offers free consultations, which include a panoramic x-ray of your jaws, teeth and jaw joints, photographic digital imaging of the teeth, face and gum tissues, an orthodontic examination, a tentative diagnosis, a tentative treatment plan. With this information Dr. Jensen will discuss your treatment needs, the timing of treatment and give you a fee as well as payment options.
