How many hours per week will participants work?
Participants are guaranteed a schedule of at least 30 hours per week with a maximum of 37.5 hours per week during non-peak seasons (when classes are in session). However, during busy, peak seasons, participants could be requested to work more hours (Disney Education Courses do not meet during these times). The Walt Disney World® Resort is open 365 days a year and participants are expected to work when scheduled. Participants may work days, nights, weekends and holidays, and may be also scheduled for overtime.
