The number of car parks to be provided is still being considered. Future development requirements in addition to hospital requirements need to be taken into consideration. On street car parking and a basement car park for 800 cars is proposed. Discussions are ongoing in relation to a car park being built in the old quarry and grassing over the roof, creating a gradual rise to the Cenotaph grounds, improving access to the Cenotaph from the CBD and Sullivans Cove.
