How long to you estimate the lag time between a new release of code (Apache, PHP, MySQL) to having a web based update available?

We estimate new CD’s to released about every 4 to 6 weeks. The lag time should be no more then 2 weeks after a significant new version of the software has been released. Ideally the time should in most cases be around a week’s time.
