How long does the link in the email remain active?
The document link or links in your confirmation email remain active for 24 hours after your initial purchase. This rarely happens, but it can happen if an incorrect email address is supplied at the time of purchase or your ISP has email problems at the time of your purchase. Please contact us if you do not receive your confirmation email with a link to your document within 3 hours of your transaction (if purchased before 11am). We will simply email your document direct to you.
