How long does it take to ship an order?
Orders for paper copies placed before 3:00 P.M. EST are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 P.M. EST ship in 3 business days. Delivery is via UPS. The typical delivery schedule is as follows: West Coast: 5-6 business days Mid West: 3-4 business days East Coast: 1-2 business days International: one week-10 business days We also have an International Economy shipping option available to many countries. The estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks. The package cannot be tracked after reaching the country of destination because it is transferred to a local agency for the final delivery. We stock many of the items we sell. When all the items in an order are in our warehouse, we ship the same day the order is received, or the next shipping day if an order is received after our daily shipping pickup, on the weekend or on a holiday. Although Best Crystal has a large inventory, we cannot stock everything we sell. If the item you ordered is not in our warehouse or it will be faster to ship it from our manufacturer, we may have it shipped directly from the manufacturer to you or your gift recipient so that it will be delivered promptly. If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock at the manufacturer or that shipping your order will be delayed more than a few business days, we will contact you and provide you with the options of changing, canceling or waiting for your order. Orders are generally shipped within 1 – 3 business days from the day the payment is received. This time to ship can be longer for orders with merchandise such as: • Custom t-shirts – these are generally made as the orders come in and can sometimes get backed up • Art Orders – we have certificates with each art purchase that usually has to be signed. This can delay an order, especially if Dick and Daniel on out on tour. • Back Ordered items – some items can go fast, and orders can be delayed if we run out of something. We try to order new product so this doesn’t happen, but not everything is predictable.
