My grandmother in the Czech Republic had one of our early Ragdolls for 18 full years. Its what kept her getting up every morning. She had a Seal Bicolor Male she named Cirda who was actually a tiny runt of the litter no one wanted. My mom gave him to my grandma not knowing the cat added a few years to my grandmothers life. If Cirda made it to age 18 with very limited vet care I would think Ragdolls live long enough to impact your life forever.
