How long are the certification courses, and what time is certification–day or evening?
Certification for client programs varies but typically lasts for 2-3 weeks. Most courses offer sessions both during the day and in the evening; however, there are some programs that only offer daytime certification sessions. In each certification program, Brand Ambassadors must successfully pass a series of proficiency assessments.
