How is the Coalition funded?
The Coalition is grateful for project grants from The Mitchell Kapor Foundation,TDCanada Trust Friends of the Environment Foundation, the Office of Sustainable Development at Health Canada, Health Care Without Harm and the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. We also acknowledge the generous contribution of the Ontario Hospital Association and the tireless time and expertise of our member organizations.
The funding we receive from private foundations supports the work of the Coalition, including educational forums and seminars, materials, and professional staff. We do not solicit personal contributions, nor do we sponsor individual children. Rather, the Coalition serves to establish linkages between organizations helping children in developing countries around the world.
