How is the artwork packaged and shipped?
We believe that the artist is the best person to package their work to ensure that it arrives safely. ArtBeacon is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible, so we make every effort to have your purchase delivered to you as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. It is up to the individual artist to provide shipping information update policies. It is recommended that merchants do not ship orders to a P.O. Box, but only to a street address. It may be necessary for you to sign for the work when it arrives.
