How is Power Yoga conducted?
In Power Yoga, the 12 excercises of Suryanamakar are broken down and flexibility training is included in-between the sequences. This helps in counter-acting the previous exercises and working out the muscles near the rib-cage and the waist. A diligent practice of just the Suryanamaskar increases the flexibility of the spine and takes away those extra inches off the waist! But the actual regime should be decided upon by your instructor.
