DACS is a suite of light-weight CGI programs written in ISO C99 C/C++ with GNU extensions using IEEE/ANSI Std 1003.1 (POSIX) and other open Unix standards. There are roughly 20 commands and 40 web services. It currently stands at about 160,000 lines of code.
