How is billing handled between Sage and my current local phone carrier during my switch to Sage?
Once you have converted to Sage, you will not receive any charges from ATTĀ® or other previous carrier for services past your conversion date. When you switch to Sage, you should receive a “final bill” from your previous carrier. Normally, the final bill includes a credit for service up to the day of conversion to Sage. Some customers may also receive a separate bill for long distance calls made before the day of conversion to Sage if you have a separate long distance carrierSage began serving customers in July of 1998.
