How I Can Install A Theme In Windows XP (Ex. Vista CG Theme) ?

I use either WindowBlinds or ThemeXP to install themes, there are a few somewhat accurate facsimiles of Vista’s Aero theme, however, the transparency and blurring effects, not to mention moving highlights do not work, however, nor do I believe that you can find a way to make them work… Vista’s Aero interface required completely re-programming the shell, and hence it is incompatible with XP… believe me, if there were a way, I’d do it.
