How has the response to Circe Snow been so far?
Circe Wallace: It has been really, really great. Inevitably people are being really conservative and retail is getting hit pretty hard, but I think we have realistic expectations. For me, it’s about the process, just being creative and creating something fabulous and functional is why I’m doing it. To have creative objectives, to be innovative, and to do something different has really been a wonderful experience. Have you designed lines before? I haven’t. When I was a pro snowboarder I was very involved in developing products, giving feedback, and doing research and development for my partners. I’m kind of coming full circle. I’ve been managing talent for 12 years now almost, it’s fun to come back around to feeling and experimenting with what works and at the same time trying to think outside the box and build a business and create a product that isn’t just the status quo.
