Many of the ERP software vendors provide extensive report writing capabilities. Almost all of them also provide a 4GL using which end users and programmers can prepare special reports. However these approaches fall short of the high-end report writer software solutions such as Crystal Report. Many, though not all of the ERP software provide interfaces for some of the leading edge report writer software.
