We have set resources so that they CANNOT be double-booked. This means that the resources are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may want to check with the resource designate if you have questions regarding a particular resource. (Choose Directory | Search Directory. Then click on the Resource tab. Type the resource name and click the Search button. Highlight the resource name and click Information. The contact person for the resource is listed).
