How does the Travel Desk Partner Program Work?
Our Partner Program works by paying our Partners for consumed travel booked through their respective Travel Desk coded web pages. Partner bookings are tracked through codes within the booking engine installed on the Travel Desk page and through the code provided when agents make telephone bookings.The most common procedure for Travel Agencies is for your staff to make the booking and payment on behalf of your customer, thereby allowing you to control the booking. Unless you prefer otherwise all confirmations are sent to the agent and not to the customer thus allowing your company to take the credit for the great hotel availability and rate.
