How does the MIAN program work?
Answer — After the required training for protégés, you will select your mentor based on the interaction and information you receive at the mentor/protégé mixer. You will receive a pre-assessment to help you and your mentor establish goals for the mentoring cycle. The mentoring cycle runs for 6 months and you will do a minimum of 20 hours with your mentor during this period. When the mentoring cycle is completed, you will do a post-assessment.
