How does the gift list element work?
The baby gift list operates in a similar way to a wedding list. However due to the fact that baby gifts, unlike wedding gifts, often need delivering as soon as they have been bought (rather than a few weeks / months after the event), we operate a number of flexible systems: – You can choose to purchase any items you know you want, no matter what, in advance and simply be credited when those items are bought for you as ‘gifts’ – You can leave the decision as to whether the gift is sent to you instantly or at a specified time when the list is closed’ to the person buying the gift who can choose to pay a little extra for immediate delivery or not as the case may be; – You can choose a cut off date, at which point you want gifts delivered but still keep your list open, so any further gifts bought will be delivered at the buyer’s expense. – Or, you can, of course, combine any number of these methods to suit you.
