How does the Circuit Points Race work?
Each shooter is awarded points based on their finish in their class at each tournament. Shooters earn the same amount of points per class finish regardless of your specific class (i.e. 1st place in D class is awarded the same amount of points as 1st place in Master class). In the event you move up in class during the year, your earned points will go with you. Each shooter will be awarded 10 participation points just for attending a shoot. There will be a total of six Circuit Shoots throughout the year. Each shooter will need to attend all six shoots to qualify for the year end points cash fund. The following is a break down of how many points you will earn depending on your class finishing position, this includes participation points: 1st – 110 points 2nd – 90 points 3rd – 80 points 4th – 70 points 5th – 60 points 6th – 50 points 7th – 40 points 8th – 30 points 9th – 20 points 10th – 10 points The entry fee for each SCSCA Circuit Shoot will be $70.00.
