How does the backup tool work?
The backup tool is a Windows based client that is installed once on the user’s PC to backup critical files. Once the software is installed, the user selects the folders and schedule that they wish to have automatic backups occur. Once the first “full” backup has been performed, the backup tool will check for any new or changed files on the user’s PC and automatically/securely transfers the data to our data centers (incremental backup).
