How does Sync feature works?
Once you click on the Sync icon on your Restore tab of IBackup Professional, the application displays the list of files/folders that are not present currently on your My Computer , but those that are still available on your IBackup Professional account. You need to select the files/folders that you wish to delete from your account. Once that is done, by pressing the Sync button here, you will be able to delete those files/folders from your IBackup Professional account.
