Once the account has been verified and opened, you can start making calls right away. As you make calls, charges are deducted from your account balance. You may add funds to your account at any time. You may use Paypal or a credit/debit card (Visa, American Express, or MasterCard) to make your purchase. All payments including credit and debit card payments are handled by PayPal.
