How does Seashells4u.com calculate shipping charges?
A. We charge you the same amount the shipper charges us. We never add any silly “handling” or packaging fees. We can not tell you exactly how much the shipping charge will be until we pack your order. And we do not prepack any orders before payment is established. When you place your order, Seashells4u.com will give you an estimate as to how much shipping will cost. Because this cost is figured on weight, you may also go to the FedEx website www.fedex.com and calculate the rates yourself. The only exception is the Giant Clam Shell. Shipping costs (and sales tax for California residents) is already figured into the price. Shipping costs for all other items are figured when we pack your order.
