We will notify you by e-mail if your item is backordered and its estimated time of delivery. To cancel a backordered item, e-mail us at customerservice@scottsdalescrubs.com or call 1-480-473-1234. If we don not hear from you we will the order when it becomes available. ScottsdaleScrubs.com does not charge for backorders until they are shipped. If you have ordered more than one item and any of those items are on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments.
