How does RenewBot work?
RenewBot is an automated system which mimics what you do when you use your library online. RenewBot does not have any special connection or affiliation with any library – it can only see what you see, and it does what you would do. Generally, no humans are involved in checking your library account – no person will actually look at any of your items or holds. The only exception to this is when something goes wrong (for example, the library changes their web site) and RenewBot Staff have to diagnose the issue and update the RenewBot software.
