How does relegation work?
If you are listed below a line, you are eligible to be relegated to the group below should someone from below be worthy of making the Leap. Just because you are below the line does not mean you are heading down anytime soon. What it really means is that if someone below you is producing work worthy of your level, then I have an idea who to bump down. I do not necessarily need to move anyone, I just need to keep things organized.
