How does it differ from MobileMe?
Comparing BusyCal/BusySync to MobileMe is not an apples-to-apples comparison. MobileMe offers a wide range of services including email, iDisk, Back to My Mac, Web Galleries, and wireless iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch syncing of calendars and contacts. BusyCal/BusySync, on the other hand, is focused solely on syncing calendars (both over the LAN and with Google Calendar). The primary difference when syncing calendars is that MobileMe is designed to sync calendars between computers owned by a single individual, while BusyCal/BusySync is designed for syncing calendars between different users. MobileMe syncs calendars across multiple Macs sharing a single MobileMe account.
