How does IP Office track the 32 users?
IP Office tracks the number of extensions every time a phone attempts to log in. For example, if the system was upgraded for 32 users and below, when the 33rd phone attempts to connect, the phone will show an error. Customers that have bought the below 33 user license but configured with more than 32 extensions, will need to purchase the 33 users and above license.
