How does FPA identify LGBT candidates?
Our candidates are usually self-identified as LGBT when they contact FPA associates to be placed — because that’s what we do! Of course, we do conduct executive searches for highly qualified candidates in a variety of private, public, and non-profit sectors, professions, fields, and occupations for our clients. We always approach candidates in a professional, discrete and respectful manner. We are always clear and up front about our mission to hire for LGBT friendly employers. So, there are no surprises or awkward moments about working in an LGBT inclusive workplace.
