How does CipherSend work?
For a detailed explanation of how it works, go to our How It Works page, but the quick and easy answer is that when you sign up for CipherSend, we send you the link codes to place on your website and emails. When a client or patient sends you a file using your CipherSend link, it is sent via a secure connection to our secure server. An email – along with any message from the sender – is forwarded to your email address. You simply click on the emailed link and enter your CipherSend login and password to open it.
