How does BroadVoice bill for services?
BroadVoice only offers convenient online billing. Your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) is charged automatically on a monthly basis. Your account will be activated upon sign up. However, your billing cycle begins when the order is fulfilled. Currently, each month we deduct your balance automatically from the credit card you provided at signup. You will be sent a statement via email detailing your call log and charges. We are working to implement online billing and call log features to the BroadVoice Account Portal.
