How do you value or measure the return on invesment in an intangible quality such as creativity?
Creativity cannot be quantified. But the application of creativity to a venture translates into the Value of that Venture/Product/Communication. This then can be valued against the effort dedicated to it to understand its ROI. The industry practice is to evaluate the “Creative Effort” in terms of Man Hours, the value of which you would need to ascertain in tandem with your clients/ Users of your Creative Outputs.
