Here’s how to troubleshoot Internet connectivity problems so that you can fix the trouble yourself or gather information to assist a technician. Note how long your computer is unable to connect to the internet. If you have no connection for over 24 hours, there are three possible areas to consider helping you locate where the trouble may be.
