Rosacea is a chronic skin condition which affects adults. Many people often mistake it for acne or eczema but it is its own disease. Rosacea is not able to be cured but can be managed. Rosacea is a skin condition that affects about 14 million people in the USA alone. It is most common in people over 30 and people with lighter skin. It closely resembles other disorders like acne or eczema but unlike most skin conditions, while it may be cyclic in some people, it tends to be chronic and worsen over time.
